Andrew Coit received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1993. In 1997, Andrew graduated from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College and became a member of the Oregon State Bar. Andrew has also been admitted to practice in United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an active member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Association and the Multnomah County Bar Association.

Since becoming a member of the Bar, Andrew has worked exclusively as a litigation attorney. Andrew is experienced at representing clients in criminal prosecutions, administrative hearings, dissolution of marriage, and appeals.

Andrew is a motivated, aggressive, and effective advocate for all his clients. He prides himself on quality representation and service, and will always find time to address his clients' needs, however big or small.

Andrew is an avid outdoor enthusiast and adventure traveler. His outdoor pursuits include whitewater kayaking and rafting, hiking, backpacking and mountain biking. Prior to becoming an attorney, Andrew worked as a whitewater raft guide and instructor for many years. Andrew has also volunteered as a whitewater guide for Friends of the River, a non-profit organization focusing on river conservation.

Adam Dean received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire in 1990. He received a Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Washington University in 1992. He received his J.D from Marquette University in 1995. He also was a visiting student at the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. He is a member of the state bars of Oregon, Washington and Wisconsin. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He is also an active member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Association as well as the Multnomah Bar Association and Clark County Family Law Association.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Adam worked as a master level social worker in numerous public and private social service settings. This experience provides him with a unique perspective which is often utilized in both the family and criminal law setting. He is experienced at representing clients in custody matters, dissolutions of marriage, criminal prosecutions, administrative hearings, and appeals.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys numerous activities including camping, hiking, fishing and travel.,



Donald J. Molnar

A native Oregonian, Donald J. Molnar became a member of the Oregon State Bar in 2005. He joined Coit & Dean, P.C. as an associate attorney in March of 2006, where his practice focuses exclusively on criminal defense and family law. Before joining Coit & Dean, P.C., Donald gained significant litigation experience while clerking with the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.

Donald’s competitive spirit, attention to detail, and enthusiasm make him an effective and zealous advocate for his clients. Donald is a member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers' Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Laywers, and the Multnomah Bar Association. He is licensed in the State of Oregon and the United States District Court of Oregon.

Outside of work, Donald is an avid golfer. He enjoys playing classical piano, hiking, tennis, and travel.
